Viewing Workflow Messages

Workflow messages can be viewed from the workfile and from the Message center in the My Work Dashboard.

To view workfile messages from the My Work Dashboard

  1. Select the My Work Dashboard.
  2. Select the Received tab in the My Messages pane.
  3. Double-click the message.
  4. Click on the View Workfile link. The workfile opens.
  5. Click the Insurance Messages option in the Views panel.

Note: Alternately, open the workfile. Select the Notes tab, and then click the Insurance Messages option.
